EXSYS software customers will receive top priority privileges for technical support during the contract period. They will also receive new releases, bug fixes, patches, product enhancements along with the latest online help and printed documentation. EXSYS customers are the first to be notified when new releases and product enhancements become available.

Many questions can be answered by running our Technical Support Guides (actual Exsys CORVID systems) or referring to the Q&A reference on our Web site. Technical support is available during normal business hours via e-mail, phone and fax.

Maintenance and Technical Support Agreements are available at the time of purchases for 18% of the list price of the covered software. This maintenance is offered on an annual basis and is renewable each year.
